1. Services

Quantum Masters offers the following categories of services and digital products:

• Coaching Programs — including Initiations (guided and fully held processes) designed for personal and spiritual development.
• Individual Sessions — single sessions and prayer sessions conducted online or in person.
• Digital Products — meditation guides, prayer audio recordings, and other downloadable content.
• Webinars & Seminars — live and recorded awakening seminars and educational events.
• Subscriptions — Inner Circle community membership with ongoing access to exclusive content and events.
• Booking Services — tarot readings, astrology consultations, and numerology readings.

All services are provided in English, German, and Portuguese. Session availability and scheduling are subject to practitioner capacity.

2. Booking & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method. For subscriptions, you authorise recurring charges at the agreed interval until you cancel.

Bookings for individual sessions (tarot, astrology, numerology readings) require full payment at the time of scheduling. You will receive a confirmation with session details via email.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Coaching Programs & Initiations — Once a coaching programme has begun, no refunds are issued. If you need to discontinue, please contact us to discuss options.

Individual Sessions — Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

Digital Products — Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.

Webinars & Seminars — Refund requests for live events must be made at least 48 hours before the event. Recorded content is non-refundable.

Subscriptions — You may cancel your Inner Circle subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

4. Disclaimer

The services offered by Quantum Masters are for spiritual, personal development, and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Our coaching, sessions, readings, and digital content are offered as tools for self-exploration and personal growth.

You acknowledge that any decisions made based on our services are your own responsibility. Quantum Masters and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any outcomes or consequences resulting from the use of our services.

Tarot, astrology, and numerology readings are offered for guidance and reflection. They should not be interpreted as predictions of future events or as professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our digital products — including text, images, audio, video, graphics, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Quantum Masters and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any of our content without prior written consent. Purchased digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
